Reels

Captioned reels for product marketing

Short answer: Make captioned reels around five angles: the problem, the proof, the demo, the offer, and the objection. Each clip shows one of those and says it on screen in the product's words. Do not post five versions of the logo. A buyer should learn something in the silent viewing that they could not learn from the thumbnail.

What belongs in a product reel

Five angles, and what each one must show

If the picture column is empty, you do not have that reel yet. Do not write the line anyway.
AngleThe line isThe picture must show
ProblemThe painful status quo, in the customer's wordsThe old workflow, or the moment it breaks
ProofA result you can say out loudThe number, the screen, or the named customer you are allowed to show
DemoThe step, not the categoryThe click, the import, the thing moving
OfferWho it is for and what they getThe product, not a stock desk
ObjectionThe doubt, answeredThe part of the product that answers it
Same product. Five lines. None of them interchangeable.

Problem: "The Friday invoice waited until Monday."
Proof: "Three teams last month were live the same day."
Demo: "Map the columns. The invoice sends when you hang up."
Offer: "For agencies that bill when the call ends."
Objection: "You do not have to replace the CRM. It writes back to it."

Questions

Do I need a different reel for every channel?

You need a file that respects each channel's buttons and length. The angle can stay. The first line may need a trim. Do not rewrite the claim per app unless the audience is actually different.

Should every reel mention the product name?

The offer clip should. A problem clip can wait until the picture shows the product. Saying the name in every first line trains people to skip you.

How often should a product post reels?

When you have a new fact or a new showing of an old fact. A calendar full of restated slogans is not a cadence. It is a queue of reasons to ignore you.

Can I use a founder's face for a product reel?

Yes, if the line stays the product's line. A founder saying 'I' about a personal lesson is a different post. Label the file so the voices do not get swapped later.
