Reel caption examples
Short answer: A useful caption is one claim that the clip already shows. Name the workflow, the limit, or the change. Do not add a metric that is not in memory. You still download the file and post it yourself.
A caption names what the viewer just saw. It is not a transcript, and it is not a slogan with no footage under it.
The screen changed
The export used to take a second tool. It is one button now. We did not add a new dashboard to get there.
The limit
This does not send the email. It writes the video. You still press publish.

If the clip does not show it, do not write it. A clever line on the wrong footage is still the wrong video.
